[BUG] - Searching index setting cant be able to aplly #1594

Before continuing...
- I agree to follow Atlas' Code of Conduct
- I have searched our issue tracker to verify that the issue hasn't been reported already
- I have searched the Atlas documentation beforehand for a solution
- I am on the latest version of Atlas, and didn't do an unsupported upgrade
Description
First i tried to find my document so i end up with apply all the index options settings that possibly can help me Do that
And than when i was searching for my document, it wasn't pop up so i changed the settings at atlas tool box
Even though it looked like enabled, every time i shut it down it show up default.

Expected behavior
I expected to searching all the documents i stored
Actual behavior
How much i tried to restart the laptop. it always set to default.

Atlas v0.5.0 for Windows 11 24H2
Desktop information
Laptop dell Win 11 25H2 btw
