PS4 after exploit is unstable

Hello, after few times executing exploit, ps4 is unstable, after 1 - 5 minutes it is shutting down without use payload. After that i must press two times power button, PS4 led is blinking on blue, and after this i have message about checking mass storage (this is my tranlate to English). When progress has 100%, ps4 is restarting and i have ask about send crash report.
