Provide factory method for CISAdapter with custom configuration #12
Description
It would be helpfull to create the CISAdapter with a specific location to look for configuration.
This would allow to handle configurations for multiple different testbeds without manually switching the locations in the propertie files.
Even better:
Provide a method to start the adapter with a custom testbed location (override the properties bootstrap.servers and schema.registry.url within our code). The remaining properties can still be taken from the configuration files.
