Admins don't have access to the team's Team Admin menu section when they are part of the team #6475
Description
Current Behavior
When an admin is a part of a team with lesser team roles he does not have the 'Team Admin' section present.
He is also redirected to the main team overview when trying to access the pages dirrectly.
Expected Behavior
Admins should have full access to any team
Steps To Reproduce
grant an admin access to a team and assign him a lesser role (member/viewer) and check the main side menu.
