Pivot grid row header groups do not scroll with content.

Happens only in master/21.1.x, because of the perf. improvements.

Steps to reproduce

Open a pivot grid with vertical scroll and scroll down. Content scrolls, but related header groups do not scroll.

Result

Does not scroll.

Expected result

It should scroll.
