MouseOver circle gets clipped if tick showed

As you can see, in above two screen-shots of the demo, if tick showed up, the circle gets clipped.

@wunianqing I am not entirely sure what you mean by "if tick showed up", but I tried to reproduce the issue as you're describing it, but I don't see the clipping. Can you elaborate on how you get into this situation?

That's strange.
I just download the source code from release 5.3.0. Then ran the demo code. The only thing I changed is TargetFrameworks. I only have net8.0-windows.

When I say "if tick showed up", I mean setting TickPlacement to any value except none.

By the way, in my real project(still with net8.0-windows), I get the library via nuget.org. Version 5.3.0. The same problem exists.

I found that setting this UseLayoutRounding to false could fix the problem. But that makes no sense to me.

This seems to be a problem with a combination of things.
I can repro this problem like the following:

1. In the Windows settings under System > Display set the resolution Scale to 125%
2. Set the TickPlacement to either TopLeft or BottomRight

@wunianqing can you confirm you were running a resolution scale of 125% when running into this issue? I doubt this has anything to do with the actual TargetFrameworks.
Your (@wunianqing) solution by setting UseLayoutRounding="False" seems to fix this issue.

Yes, the scale is 125%. I didn't realize it before you pointed it out.

Yes, I tested my solution, and it does work — I just don’t understand why. That’s why I haven’t used it in my projects or submitted a PR.
