Add a map .png input

I think it would be an amazing tool if you could add your own maps, it doesn't need to be especifically png, it could be any type, but like an image input of black and white where white is the terrain and black is water, it would allow people to make the cities for their own map designs, not depending on the randomness of the terrain generation
