Trouble making the virtual machine

i downloaded Max os X lion, and tried booting the iso, this is the error i got, is it a hardware related issue or a software related issue? please help, much love

This error is not caused by the macOS ISO. It means your system is not allowing virtualization.

Go into your BIOS or UEFI settings and enable virtualization. Look for Intel VT-x if you have an Intel CPU or SVM mode if you have AMD, then save and restart.

On Windows, make sure Hyper-V is turned off because it conflicts with VirtualBox. You can disable it from Windows Features by unchecking Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, and Windows Hypervisor Platform, then reboot.

After that, open Task Manager, go to the Performance tab, and confirm that virtualization shows as enabled.

Once these are done, try starting the VM again.
