Change URL scheme to allow case sensitivity (Browsers strip case sensitivity of domain names)

Both PuTTY.idk/ and putty.idk/ take me to wiki article on Putty instead of PuTTY which contains the links to PuTTY.

E: I found out that idk PuTTY works! this is likely due to browser changing case of domain name so I recommend changing syntax to something like w/PuTTY/ so it's easier to type as well as preserves case sensitivity of PuTTY.
