Add standard styling for code blocks

Web Extensions currently has to add a lot of inline styles to get a code block. There should be some standard styles for code blocks, or we should integrate a preprocessor, so this is standard and doesn't have to be done by hand.

Jekyll should have a preprocessor for this.
