Adjust docs for deprecation of `Command::cargo_bin`

The docs contain lots of examples suggesting to use Command::cargo_bin which was deprecated in 2.1.0.

This was an intentional choice. cargo_bin! cannot compile in doctests which leads to situations like #264.

FYI the deprecation will go away if the Cargo team approves rust-lang/cargo#16421

So it sounds like the best course of action as a user of assert_cmd is to ignore the deprecation for now?

• if the feature gets approved
• you are ok with your project being broken with build-dir set for the Rust versions since introduced and the feature being mergedd
