Feature Request - Chromium 144.0.7559.250 release

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to create CefSharp release from the Chromium 144.0.7559.250 build?

chromiumembedded/cef#4176

Describe alternatives you've considered
Upgrading to the latest v147.0.100 release. This requires us to release our product each month.
We prefer to use LTS releases which are supported for longer time.

Additional context
We are distributing the Chromium LTS releases in our product (the v144 as of May 2026).
The Chromium 144.0.7559.250 includes important security bugfixes.
