feat: Display list of checks to be deployed in `deploy` command

What problem does this feature solve?

Right now, when deploying a project we say something like:

You are about to deploy your project "playwright-check-suites" to account "Checkly E2E Prod". Do you want to continue? … yes

It's a bit confusing, since the bits deployed are the checks that someone just tested with npx checkly test:

npx checkly test --record
> Running 2 checks in eu-west-1.

   check-one
    ✔ check-one (4s)
  check-two
    ✔ check-two (10s)

How would you implement this feature?

I'd suggest the deploy confirmation to be updated from:

Successfully deployed project "playwright-check-suite" to account "Checkly E2E Prod".

to:

`Successfully deployed N checks to account Checkly E2E Prod : check-one, check-two... ``

We could potentially output the deployed checks, but remember that there are many non-check resources too: alert channels, check groups, status pages and their services, private locations... It is valid, though probably rare, to have a Checkly project without any checks.

It would make sense to show all deployed resources though, including both checks and other resources. It could perhaps tie into a future development where we're able to show a property-level resource diff.

Absolutely, I could even see us warning if they're deploying something without an alert, which would be super helpful.

Right now, it's unlikely to have non-check resources, but as we grow, that's likely to happen someday, so I understand where you're coming from.
