Webpack 5.106.0 enforces stricter ProgressPlugin schema validation, rejecting the custom properties that webpackbar 6.x passes to the parent constructor. Override webpackbar to ^7.0.0 via yarn resolutions, which rewrites the plugin to no longer extend ProgressPlugin and avoids the conflict entirely.
