Tool calling not supported with Ask Sage models.

Description

Right now, all models via the Ask Sage provider don't support tool calling, so the plan and agent modes don't work, nor do connected MCPs.

I am currently working on a solution and will be making a PR soon.

To reproduce

Connect to any model via Ask Sage, and ask it to read a file or list all files in a directory. It will not work.
