Data Fetch is failing since Feb 9.

What did you do?

Here's the latest run (Feb 22):

What did you expect to happen?

Successful fetch from all sources.

What actually happened?

SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)

I believe the problem is with fetching thanks.dev data since https://api.thanks.dev/v1/entity/gh/eslint/donors doesn't work.

Folks - please remember to move the issue on the Triage board when you are taking on an issue or updating its status.

We should definitely not fail the data fetch completely when one of the sources fails. We should at least write the data that we do have before failing the job.

I've also reached out to my contact at thanks.dev to see if they're aware of the situation.

The API is fixed now. @SwetaTanwar do you still plan on updating the script so the whole thing doesn't fail when one API calls fails?
