Timeline events view occasionally needs to be refreshed before events are shown

I need to do more investigation here to figure out what triggers this.

As I was playing around with performance profiling, I ran into a few instances where no timeline events were shown in the embedded Perfetto view and I had to manually refresh the timeline before I saw them:

It is expected behavior that the timeline events need to be refreshed to see the latest data set. The perfetto trace viewer cannot be updated dynamically as timeline events come in because it expects a single chunk of data to render, and automatically refreshing would be jarring and would prevent the user from being able to zoom in & inspect the timeline.

Maybe we could detect when a refresh is needed and display a message over the chart "Please refresh for timeline events"?
