Changes computer settings when explcitly told not to do so but only read settings and config #2046
Description
Describe the bug
Asked for reasding in all config and settings and services on the machine to look for optimizations and to only report back and and read only and not change anything. Went ahead and changed 13 things some of them irreversiable and dangeours and some of it resulting in loss of work and problems for me.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
ASk for read only analysis for future optimizations,
Changes before confirmation
Expected behavior
Report a readonly summary and ask for confirmation or what to act on.
