Apparently, after rebooting, hiddify no longer runs as administrator.

I encountered the same problem when I just only import a new profile, or maybe it should be disconnected before do this ?

Try to run Hiddify as administrator, using terminal. enter "sudo" and toggle file from folder Hiddify/contents/MacOs
For me it works
