Broken terminal scroll animation on Meshery:Getting Started page #7324

On the Meshery Getting Started page, the terminal animation is not behaving as expected.
Current Behaviour
- The terminal animation is broken and does not scroll or sync with the page.
- The terminal remains static or out of sync while scrolling.
Expected Behavior
- The terminal content should scroll or animate in sync with the user’s page scroll.
- As users move down the page, the terminal should update alongside the corresponding sections.
