Bump @linearb/gitstream-core to 2.1.267 (#507)

* bump @linearb/gitstream-core to 2.1.267

* Update package-lock.json and package.json for dependency versions

- Bump undici from 6.23.0 to 6.24.1
- Update minimatch from 3.1.2 to 3.1.5 across multiple dependencies
- Upgrade flatted from 3.3.3 to 3.4.1
- Modify package script to include isolated-vm as an external dependency

Additionally, update the dist/index.js binary file.
