[BUG] "No stream" - Issue with running newer version's - arm64

Current Behavior

Unable to run latest version's of Kali. Error "Waiting for stream" When accessing in browser. (https:3001).

Latest found working version - [arm64v8-ff17a2a9-ls34]

Running in a portainer docker container with macvlan. Logs attached.

Tested with other devices browsers etc.

Feel free to let me know if you need any other info!

Steps To Reproduce

• Portainer running in a docker container
• Network - macvlan over ipv4
• Setup container via portainer gui.
• Tested non working versions:
  3b400208-ls64
  8a9eb301-ls63
  1ae4bc85-ls62
  39f431b0-ls61
