Improperly uploaded remote graphs should not show in list

What Happened?

I uploaded a graph and it shows across my account as a remote graph, but doesn't download properly.

Such a graph should not show up in the list of graphs, and it Logseq should not let the user think it is uploaded. There needs to be some kind of integrity check.

Reproduce the Bug

Seemed to be the result of a poor connection when uploading. Hard to reproduce.

Expected Behavior

The list of remote graphs should not include partially uploaded graphs.

There is a "preparing" message, but this is confusing:

first: downloading
second: preparing

It suggests that it downloaded the file and is now doing some additional processing on it - but it never finishes.

But there is also a problem at the uploading end, because uploading never completes, one has to remove the file and re-start the process.

So on neither side does the user have any sense that something went wrong.
