Observability - Test Pass / Failure Reports

Description

As a cobalt developer, I'd like to measure CI build test failure / pass rate over time in Azure

Currently, our automated unit and integration tests are not published to TFS and in effect not captures in azure devops pipeline reporting.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should publish all Cobalt unit and integration test results to TFS
