chore: bump example transitives to latest patches (#658)

- vite-plugin-solid 2.11.10 -> 2.11.12 (basic-server-solid)
- babel-preset-solid 1.9.10 -> 1.9.12
- babel-plugin-jsx-dom-expressions 0.40.3 -> 0.40.6
- vite-prerender-plugin 0.5.12 -> 0.5.13 (basic-server-preact)
- @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps 1.0.0 -> 1.7.1 (lockfile had a stale
  registry pin of the repo's own published package that was never bumped
  alongside package.json's version field)

Tighten the basic-server-solid range to ^2.11.12 to track the patch
series with current Solid HMR fixes.
