"Bundle does not exist for this project" when running in Docker

FREIGHT_SERVER and FREIGHT_PASSWORD are set, and the package.json is copied to the container. I've even tried renaming the cwd to the same name as the project. Attempting to run freight outside a Docker build seems to work fine.

Any ideas on how to debug this?
