Incorrect parsing of PURLs beginning with `pkg:/`

The PURL test suite contains the equivalent PURLs `pkg:/maven/org.apache.commons/io` `pkg://maven/org.apache.commons/io` `pkg:///maven/org.apache.commons/io` which are all supposed to parse successfully, but packageurl-ruby raises an error "type is required".
