Add the safety check workflow back, but working

Hey @Borda,

I removed the safety-check workflow as it isn't working, and was silently failing for a while.

If you do want to add it back, go back to using the original GitHub Action, now it's aufdenpunkt/python-safety-check@v1.0.6, and not my forked version, as the maintainer finally handled the little bug he had there and even pulled in another small PR or two.

Personally, I don't care about it.
