Proposal: Add YouTube icon variants

Hi Radix team 👋

I’d like to propose adding YouTube icon variants to the icon set.

Variants:
- YouTube Play
- YouTube Filled
- YouTube Outline
- YouTube Rounded
- YouTube Line

All icons would follow:
- 15×15 grid
- currentColor
- Radix visual style

If this sounds good, I can prepare the icons in the official Figma file and open a PR.
