We currently generate and deliver CSV files filtered to specific languages. Those files contain all topics for all providers for a given language and are delivered to the relevant Azure file structure for that language (CMES-v2, SP_CMES-v2, etc). This allows the stakeholders to configure a downstream device running version 2 of their software to synch with Azure and retrieve the CSV files and training materials for one language.

The stakeholders would like to be able to configure a device to retrieve a single provider's training materials for a given language. To do this, we will need to generate and deliver CSV files filtered to a single provider and a single language. These files can be delivered to the same locations as the current, all-provider CSV files but will use a different naming convention.

Generation

• Generate individual sets of CSV files for each language for each provider
• Prepend the parameterized provider name to the file name, e.g. "who-guidelines-topics.csv"

Delivery

• Deliver those files Azure following the existing requirements for CSV delivery. E.g. provider-specific CSV files for Spanish go into SP_CMES-v2/assets/csv
