RISCV Hazard3 support?

Hello! 
I was looking into the backlog of closed issues and found on that https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/issues/4452 that 
"Support for RISCV Hazard3 cores is out of the scope"
Is the current tinygo supporting these cores and if not, is it maybe on the roadmap?
