We don’t use GenericArray in our public API.
cbor-smol is only an implementation detail of the ed255 and p256 mechanisms and should not be part of the public API.

Based on the discussion in #155, this PR removes cross-module reexports and reexports from
trussed-core, flattens some modules and removes unused dependencies and makes dependencies optional if possible.Fixes: #155
