세 문제 모두 풀이 선택이 정석적이고, 주석 덕분에 문제 의도랑 접근 방식이 잘 드러나서 좋았습니다.

알파벳 빈도를 count 배열 하나로 올리고/내리는 방식이 인상적이네요!
추가 메모리를 거의 안 쓰면서 두 문자열을 한 번에 처리할 수 있어서 효율적인 구현 같습니다.

점화식이랑 base case를 코드/주석으로 잘 풀어 써주셔서 로직이 바로 이해되네요.
