Added the field for aliases to the CreateVulnerabilityModal, and some functions to show aliases

Description
Adding support for manually adding aliases to internal vulnerabilities. And allows the frontend to send the "aliases" field in the json in both updating and creating new vulnerabilities.
Addressed Issue
Fixes: Aliases of internal vulnerabilities can be edited from the UI but the wrong list is presented #458
require api changes suggested in: DependencyTrack/dependency-track#5709
Additional Details
From creating vulnerability, work the same with updating.
