Summary

Purge ephemerals for sessions not tracked after DIFF sync to prevent state divergence.
Add a LearnerTest for orphaned ephemeral cleanup.

Motivation

DIFF sync keeps the follower data tree; if a session is gone but its ephemerals remain, the follower can diverge permanently.

Validation

mvn -pl zookeeper-server -Dtest=LearnerTest#testPurgeOrphanedEphemerals test
mvn -pl zookeeper-server -Dtest=DIFFSync* test
mvn -pl zookeeper-server -Dtest=QuorumDigestTest test
