Aligns the README badge row with apify-sdk-python: adds CI build-status and license badges, swaps the dynamic pypi/pyversions badge for a compact static python 3.10+, and reorders to the shared sequence (version, downloads, python, CI, coverage, license, discord). The Trendshift badge stays as-is.
