docs: mark PraisonAI scan resolved — all 5 items merged in PR #1677#16

PraisonAI's praisonai-triage-agent bot (built with their own multi- agent framework) opened PR #1677 within ~50 minutes of our courtesy issue, fixing all five items. MervinPraison (human) reviewed and merged on 2026-05-19. Issue #1676 auto-closed. The bot's deeper analysis also surfaced a parallel identifier- interpolation site in clickhouse.py that wasn't in the original issue, plus shipped a new test module covering both vector stores. Update marks disclosure status as resolved, adds a Resolution section with the per-file fix breakdown and the meta-loop observation (a PraisonAI agent fixing PraisonAI from our scan), and tags the entry on the index page.
