docs: add Spanish translation of README #35488

This adds a Spanish (es) translation of the main React README to make it more accessible to Spanish-speaking developers. The translation covers: - React's declarative approach to building UIs - Component-based architecture - Installation guides - Documentation overview and structure - Code examples with JSX - Contribution guidelines Spanish is spoken by 500+ million people and is the 2nd most used language on GitHub.
