The SDK no longer needs to enrich in-app frames with local source context now that source context handling has moved upstream. This removes the ContextifyFrames integration, its source reader helper, and the related tests. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@example.com>

Remove the
ContextifyFramesintegration and its source reader helper.With the newer SCM source context handling. The Go SDK should no longer use the contextify integration and prompt users to use SCM.
