Insights is now available on AM2 and AM3 plans, and AM1 users cannot self-upgrade. Remove the remaining dead upsell code: the insights-modules feature entry, INSIGHTS_FEATURES constant, and unused image assets. DAIN-1428

Removes the remaining Insights upsell code from the upsell modal. Insights is now available on AM2 and AM3 plans, and AM1 users cannot self-upgrade, making this code dead.
The upsell modal previously listed "Application Insights" as a feature to entice upgrades. Since there's no longer a valid upgrade path for users without Insights, this entry and its associated assets are unnecessary.
Most of the other upsell-related code was removed long ago, this is just a small leftover.
Note: the module-specific chart images under
static/images/insights/module-upsells/are still referenced bymodulesOnboarding.tsxand are intentionally kept.Closes DAIN-1428
