Add Agentic Orchestration blog post

Summary

This PR adds a new Hugging Face blog post:

• agentic-orchestration.md: "Agentic Orchestration: model-agnostic multi-agent workflows with CrewAI and MCP"
• Focuses on a Hugging Face-first framing of the project, including dynamic planning/iteration, MCP-based tool grounding, and practical workflow structure.
• Adds and embeds a compressed thumbnail asset at assets/agentic-orchestration/thumbnail.jpg.
• Registers the post in _blog.yml with publication date and tags.

• Use a short title/blog path (agentic-orchestration.md)
• Upload any additional non-thumbnail assets to the documentation-images repo (currently using local thumbnail + one external image reference)
