Update multiple workspaces to the better-sqlite3 version that was used since Backstage 1.42, see https://backstage.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=1.41.0&to=1.42.0&yarnPlugin=0
This will also help with the Backstage 1.46 upgrade because this outdated better-sqlite3 version doesn't work with Node 24 anymore.
