docs(scloud): Update Serverpod Cloud CLI reference docs

command definitions in serverpod_cloud.

This branch (auto/cli-docs-sync) is force-updated on every relevant push to
main, so always review the latest diff. Do not push manual commits to it —
they will be overwritten. Curated command intros (_<command>.md) are
maintained directly on main and are preserved by the generator.

LGTM. Auto-generation is well-formed; build clean; em-dash + banned-vocab sweeps clean.

Note for a separate follow-up (not for this bot PR): the new generated launch.md describes a two-mode command (redeploy when a project is found, guided new-project setup otherwise). The curated intro at cloud_docs/reference/cli/commands/launch/_launch.md still describes launch as "An interactive, guided set up of a new Serverpod Cloud project." That'll need a small update on main so the hand-written intro stays in sync with the new behavior. Worth fixing the pre-existing "Promts" typo at the same time.
