ROX-33690: Rewrite sorters and mathUtils in TypeScript

Description

Follow up lint rule/tool to identify a few non-deprecated JavaScript files in #18443

Residue

1. Investigate pro and con of analogous rule/tool to identify occurrences of earlier export default {} idiom instead of named export statements.

1. npm run tsc in ui/apps/platform folder.
2. npm run lint:fast-dev in ui/apps/platform folder.
3. npm run test in ui/apps/platform folder.
