Resolves #11045.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • Replaces the new Array() constructor with an array literal and push in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/utils/inmap/examples/index.js to fix a stdlib/no-new-array ESLint error detected in the automated workflow.
