Hi, the Check PR Issue References workflow is failing due to a missing
COPILOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret in the repository configuration. This is
unrelated to the changes in this PR. All JavaScript lint checks pass
with 0 errors and 0 warnings. Could a maintainer please review?
