@ylafon , gentle ping. Is the client side jigsaw library already available somewhere? CSS validator is now part of Debian and it would be cleaner if we could replace the patch of this PR by the new jigsaw library. |

CSS Validator depends on Jigsaw just for parsing the HTTP Accept-Charset header in
ApplContext, but Jigsaw is no longer maintained and it could be replaced by a few extracted classes, this would reduce the size ofcss-validator.jarby 1.4MB.
