Setup Wrench CI and add code signing jobs.
This PR:
proto.com.autodesk.fbxtocom.autodesk.fbxandproto.com.autodesk.fbx.testingtocom.autodesk.fbx.testingin order to make Wrench work, becauseproto.com.autodesk.fbxis not the real package path which will fail Wrench. Because of the folder renaming, I made changes to CMakeSettings files accordingly.
